Lennon Update #12 (from 11/22/11)

I know what you are thinking, enough with all the baby updates already.  Sorry but I won't be sending out an update this Thursday as it is Turkey day and like many of you we will be spending it with family.  We wanted to send out this update early this week as we have some big news that we wanted to share with everyone.  Yesterday Chelsey and I were able to see little baby Wood and it was very exciting.  We also were able to find out that little baby Wood is a boy!  Chelsey and I were so excited to have our gender reveal party yesterday.  I was so excited for the party that I hardly slept Monday night, I was waking up every hour and struggling to fall back asleep.  Baby Wood is very healthy and we have some actual measurements this week instead of fruit equivalents, he is measuring a good weight and length.  Right now they think he is about 11 ounces so he is a little heavy for this week which is great that means he is growing and progressing well.  Chelsey and I cut into the cake last night around 7:30 and that is when we found out we were having a boy with all of our friends and family in Des Moines that were able to make it.  You may have already been aware of this because Chelsey’s facebook wall exploded, I thought we might bring the site down.  If you saw that you are probably thinking, yeah we already knew that big news, well…

Chelsey and I have been struggling for the last 12 hours… we want to call little baby Wood by his name and we want everyone else to be able to do the same, so without further ado little baby Wood will be:

Sorry for the rambling email but I have been so excited to share and trying to rush out of the office to get on the road for Houston.  Thanks everyone for your love and support we are so fortunate to have great family and friends!
