Lennon Update #2 (from 9/15/11)

That is right our baby is already bilingual.  Not really, the baby isn't able to hear quite yet.  This is the 10th week, as you can see in the attached photo Chelsey is getting a little bump, and he or she should be growing fingernails and bending his or her little arms.  Pretty cool!  He or she will start kicking and moving around anytime now.  I think Chelsey and I figured out a great way to send out quick updates, she is going to fill out a little thing about how she is feeling and I will update what is going on and quick send it out.

Chelsey has given me approval to give weight updates, we will see if that continues going forward.  This week was nothing significant just because overall she has lost 4 pounds due to her lack of appetite.  It probably won't last long because in her words "FINALLY this week I am feeling like eating again.  Should catch back up quickly!"  Her best moment this past week was the fact that she had an appetite and felt like eating.  This week she has missed not being able to have Caesar Dressing which she has been craving.  Overall, she is still craving anything cheesy.. Mac & Cheese, broccoli and cheese soup, string cheese, pizza, really anything cheesy.  The thing that is making her queasy this week is raw beef.

Chelsey hasn't had to switch over to maternity clothes but on the weekends she is wearing her maternity jeans because the regular jeans hurt her belly.  No stretch marks, her belly button is still in, and her wedding ring is still on.  Most of the time she is happy just sleepy.  She is continuing to sleep well but is waking up like clockwork to pee at 2am.  It is also very entertaining to hear her crazy dreams each morning.  Right now we are both looking forward to finding out the sex and Chelsey is really excited to feel him or her move.  Right now Chelsey's gender prediction is "for some reason, Boy, but in reality, I just want him/her to be healthy. 6-8 weeks until we find out!"  We both just want a healthy baby but I think it will be fun to update with our always changing predictions.
Again, I hope all of you are doing well.  Please send me emails if I missed people because I attempted to find 30 or 40 emails for the first update and I know I missed a few people.

Love,

Patrick, Chelsey, & Baby Wood
